  Today I went and had cava for lunch in the collegeville area and it was a great experience as a person who has been to cava before and I can contribute that experience to this young lady Genni, who greeted me into the establishment with a positive tone and warm smile.She was fast and on point with making my bowl too. Great service Genni thank you!

  Ordered online. Went there and the food was ready at 2:30 but wasn’t on the rack. All the employees were in the kitchen. Took another 15 min for the food to come and the woman who gave us our food was rude! There were 4 people waiting for takeout orders. The food I got wasn’t even right! Will never go back. Sloppy also

  Had my first Cava order ever delivered. It was missing the dessert brownie I paid for. Today I ordered delivery for the second time. It was missing the drink and the on-the-side dressings. Will never order from Cava again ... this store hasn't even the ability to complete one order without error. AVOID CAVA AT ALL COSTS!!!

  I ordered here the other day and was completely dissatisfied with my experience. I ordered a grains bowl with sweet potatoes and extra harissa honey chicken. The delivery was okay, my door-dash driver was in contact with me the whole time, but wound up waiting in the store for about 15 minutes for my food. By the time my food got to my job (only about 5 minutes away, i didn't have the time to drive over for my break) it was already cold, AND had incorrect toppings, including cucumbers which I'm allergic to. I spoke to the driver, he said that Cava is know for being very rude and disrespectful to their delivery drivers. Not to mention , the rice was absolutely reheated from the night before as well as the chicken and potatoes, not fresh at all. It was also delivered without any utensils and i work at a shake place where i have none accessible to me. I guess they want me to eat with my hands..? SO, i called the store and asked for the manager on duty and was put on the line with the 'General Manager' named Jelly? She seemed very unconcerned and lied about giving me a refund, i waited 4 days before leaving this review. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!

  I have been going here for a while & it's my favorite Cava. It's a quick lunch to do "take away" & the service is always great. Even if I'm waiting a long time for my order, the staff always make sure that I'm taking care of & even offer a small free drink if it's way over due. I will always pick this spot out of the multiple lunch places in the Providence Town Center due to convience, service & the food quality.
