  I had such an amazing experience today and had to leave a review. I came around 1:30 for my lunch break and was helped by a worker named Kaii, and he was genuinely one of the most patient and welcoming people I’ve come across. From the moment I pulled in be waved and smiled at me, he made me feel comfortable and took the time to walk me through the menu since I’ve only been there once before. He gave really thoughtful recommendations and explained everything in a way that made it easy to choose something I’d actually enjoy. The drink I ended up getting was incredible and easily one of the best I’ve had. You can tell he really knows what he’s talking about and cares about making sure customers leave happy. On top of that, he was friendly, professional, and just had a great attitude the entire time. I also left with a few solid recommendations for what to try next time, which I really appreciated. Overall, this was a 5 star experience for me, and I’ll definitely be coming back again soon.

  First Timer, this place is awesome! Came through with my family were from Maryland and wanted to try something new, we felt bad for the young lady taking our order I believe her name was Mia, but she was greatly helpful for us. The Banana Bread Mocha was amazing it was just the right amount of each flavor and sweetness! My daughter loved the fizz she was recommended, Blue Raspberry, Cupcake, Vanilla, and Cream, the young lady recommended it to her and she had loved it! We Will be back as soon as we can !

  I’ve never had a bad experience at this 7brew my drinks are always on point, service is always amazing. I have to give a shout out to my fav brewista Maggie D, the first time I met her I knew if I could go to her lane every time I came here I would. So when I pull in and see her, I’m right to her lane. She’s genuinely sunshine in human form and always makes sure I get exactly what I want and she always puts me in the best mood. So Maggie if you see this I adore you!!!! Everyone here is great. 10/10 recommend.

  I had a really disappointing experience here on Saturday, April 25 around 10:30 PM. I ordered a Sweet and Salty with whole milk. The initial barista was kind, patient, and professional, but my drink was made incorrectly. When I returned politely to have it fixed, the situation took a turn. A shift lead named “Davey” approached my car in a confrontational way and told me her role is to “educate customers” on how drinks are made, and that she would only replace my drink “this one time” because she is “not allowed to waste product.” The tone was condescending and dismissive, not only toward me but also toward the barista who originally helped me. She also refused to clearly provide her name or any manager contact information, which is very concerning for someone in a leadership role.

  Not overly impressed. Kids working there were friendly but the girl messed up my order - first she put it in as iced even though I said hot, then I asked for half sweet for mine and it was so sickening sweet. If that was half sweet, I’d hate to see how sweet the regular is. For $14.50 (with 15% tip), I expect better. By the time I realized the error, I was a mile down the road so wasn’t going back to ask for a new one.
