  So I ordered a LG 3 topping pizza. W4bucks not the ten as advertised tv. The pizza looked medium and not lrg. I tipped prior to service as there's no other option to wait an see. There were no restrooms and the chairs were all on the tables as a warning to be uninviting. This Gulf War vet will NEVER ho here again.

  During the brief time I lived in the area, this place was definitely my go-to for good pizza. That said, there isn’t much competition in the pizza market in this town. While visiting family recently, I placed a fairly large pickup order and gave the staff more than enough time to complete it. The store was busy, but I wasn’t in a rush and was perfectly fine waiting for a fresh order. We paid and were told it should be ready soon. My wife and I waited about 15 minutes and started noticing how the line was moving, yet we were still standing there untouched. The staff could clearly see us waiting, but we continued to give them the benefit of the doubt and waited longer. After about 45+ minutes, the manager on duty finally stopped staring at us and asked, “Have you been taken care of yet?” I explained that we had placed and paid for a mobile order and had been waiting nearly an hour. Earlier, I had joked to my wife, “How funny would it be if our order was just sitting there and no one checked?” Sure enough, our “mystery” order was sitting on the rack the entire time. I’m not one to add fuel to the fire, but I wasn’t going to accept a $50+ order that had been sitting for almost an hour because no one bothered to check if it was already completed. I told the manager I needed a refund and that I wasn’t there to argue over a mistake that could have easily been prevented. I was then told only the General Manager could process refunds — which is interesting, because I’ve worked in the food industry and know that isn’t true. Once I called my bank, the General Manager suddenly called the store and authorized the refund. I don’t usually escalate situations like this, but when there’s a line of customers being handed cold pizzas and delivery drivers waiting an excessive amount of time to leave with even colder food, something needs to be said. It’s disappointing because this place used to be a well-run establishment. I’m honestly glad I don’t have to rely on ordering from this Pizza Hut anymore, because this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had there.

  Stop using DoorDash. Waited 3 hours going back and forth between dashers just to never get my order.

  It's definitely not homemade pizza anymore.. I can make a frozen pizza myself

  I need a member of corporate or a regional manager to reach out to me at their earliest convenience to tell them about the customer service I received from this Pizza Hut. Managers there don’t have the capability of allowing me to explain problems I had with food/another manager. Unwilling to take responsibility, in fact the General Manager REFUSED to even look at the bread they had sent me. They immediately were defensive and dismissive, and acted as though I was screaming at them through the phone about this issue.
