Terrible customer service, everytime I go there they mess up my order, and then proceed to tell me I’m lying. The place is very dirty and filthy and does not look as new as it is. Would not recommend this place, worth more to drive to Shamokin dam!!

I ordered the Franks Redhot Diablo Chicken Nacho Fries bowl and a few other items. They made the bowl I ordered with steak instead of slow roasted chicken, and the bowl size was a lot smaller than it usually is when I order it. (I order the same thing just about every single time I go there) I figured “hey no biggie, mistakes can happen” so I went back inside to see if they’d fix my order, the lady at the counter who approached me argued that the bowl I ordered is made with steak (which it isn’t, there is a different bowl that has steak in it which is called “Steak Garlic and Nacho Fries” bowl) instead of just fixing my order she chose to argue and tell me I was wrong, then stated the bowl size they gave me the first time was also correct. I also looked on the app and on the kiosk in store to make sure before I said anything and you can clearly see the bowls are 2 different sizes, but ok? They re-made my food items correctly but still gave me the smaller sized bowl again, they literally just opened this location and there was little to zero care about trying to fix the situation. They were more focused on trying to be right and argue and told me I was wrong…I probably would’ve kept my mouth shut and put in a good review if they just made it correct, but no, they chose to be arrogant, rude and argue and still got the size of the bowl wrong after the second time…On top of it (which I thought was hilarious) after she wanted to argue with me and told me I was wrong she brought the employee who made my food from the back to the front to show her there are two different bowls and told her she made it incorrectly and put steak in mine instead of the slow roasted chicken, and she tried to whisper it all quiet to the employee so I wouldn’t hear but I was literally standing right there and heard her…the employee didn’t seem to give a shit anyway, probably will not return again because of the rude customer service and the inaccuracy of my order, TWICE!

⭐ 1 Star The fact that this place is still sitting at three stars honestly feels generous. I showed up trying to give them the benefit of the doubt — and got hit with a reminder that optimism does, in fact, have limits. The dining area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last presidential administration. Dirty tables, trash all over the floor, and garbage cans overflowing like a science experiment. Mobile pickup orders are kept behind the counter where customers can’t reach them, and of course, there was nobody at the front to help. My order sat forgotten in the Drive-Thru area for over five minutes before anyone realized it existed. When they finally handed it over, they didn’t even bother giving me a bag. Just a lonely food box — no napkins, no utensils, no drink, nothing. I was told to “go get all that myself in the lobby.” Every other Taco Bell bags your order and includes what you paid for. This location can’t even manage the bare minimum. And the food itself felt like a budget version of what Taco Bell normally serves. My cheese sauce was only a quarter full, and the meat portion looked like someone measured it with a teaspoon. It genuinely feels like they’re rationing ingredients. Between the lack of cleanliness, the lack of service, and the lack of basic effort, this place needs new management, a deep clean, and a reality check.
