  Where shall I start lol this place is wonderful and has brought my family together for an Inexpensive hot, fresh and tasty meal with wonderful friendly and welcoming staff. Our family loves it here and have made it a family outing. Thank you Wendys

  We placed and order at the kiosk and customize the burgers to our liking. When we receive them, both of the burgers were raw. We asked them to remake the one since will not eat raw meat, has to be well done, and that is the standard for fast food places due to illnesses. They remade it wrong had to go back up and they were like what “even ordered you have.” They aren’t referencing the order receipts when making food . So they had to made three times and might not already be done this time I didn’t even bite it yet. They then forgot the frosty and was rude when they handed it to the significant other. Then we purchased a thing of ranch which was $.50. We gave them a dollar and we only got 5 cents back. With a rude voice the person at the counter said, “ We have no quarters.” Like do you not know how to do basic math? We could’ve got five times or 20 nickels or mixture. I do not recommend this place at all. They should have to do a food safety course about illnesses when it comes to all meat and fast food.

  This Wendy's location in Clifton Heights has good staff members and my food was prepared hot & accurate. I'm not sure what happens at this store at night but day time food for me is great. The store has plenty of seating and also you can eat outside as seen in this reviews pictures. I understand employees are supposed to work in certain area and not allowed to cross in another workers area but it gets ridiculous when the front counter staff member isn't at the register and there is a drive thru window worker just standing there with no one in the drive thru. My order was sitting on the back blue shelving area and the drive thru worker couldn't grab the order until the cashier came back and then we're just looking at each other because the drive thru worker has no customers. Lol it's like a person will get fired for helping out a customer not in their area. Funny but strange. Keep up the good work with the hot food.

  Very good late night crew, food was hot and fresh. Order was taken and pulled over to the side, food was brought out to me and was spot on.

  my god do these people not listen, they are too busy fooling around and always rushing customers just to get the order wrong. don’t come here.
