Whoever the manager who was working today needs to learn about running a food service business. I ordered 2 items : nuggets and a burger through the app. I get home - no burger. I drive back- I tell the girl at the window there was no burger and THEN the manager says she saw her “Mexican” worker put it in the bag…. 🤯
First of all it’s a cheeseburger- do you really think I’m trying to get over on you for a cheeseburger?!?? What you should be doing is apologizing for making a mistake and take responsibility like any good leader or manager. And secondly, you shouldn’t refer to a fellow employee as a “Mexican”…. She has a name or you could just say my co-worker. Anyways, you have a lot to learn. I rarely go to Wendy’s and now it will be never.

Ordered a son of baconator combo, 10 pc nugget with 3 BBQ sauce packets, and 2 cheeseburger kids meals. They provided a kids meal cheeseburger with 2 slices of bacon and mayo! Employees could not even place the correct sauce in a paper bag only providing 1 BBQ and 2 honey mustard. No wonder they work at a fast food restaurant can follow simple directions

The Drive Thru was fine meaning it was clean on the outside of the building. The disappointing factor was the food was lukewarm. It wasn't hot or fresh for that matter. It was something quick.
Items ordered where a Kids Meal with nuggets. A #1 single no onions and a #2 double no onions.
Let's face it prices are crazy all over you are either paying or not buying.

I went here on November 14th at 11:30 pm. Tell that girl that she needs to have a better customer service attitude. She got AirPods in, she can’t even hear us order, she pretty much forgot half of it. She was rude when we confirmed our order yet she literally got it wrong. I received 4 nuggets in my 6 nugget and we also are missing a lemonade, straw, and forks. When we pulled up to pay she was on the phone and didn’t even talk to us. This is so weird that this is how customer service is now and yall do nothing about the bad reviews.
