I’ve always thought McDonald’s represented consistency and basic respect for customers, but this location completely ruined that image for me. It’s a disgrace to the brand and a total failure in management. I walked out feeling humiliated, frustrated, and deeply disappointed. It’s sad when you pay for food and end up feeling worthless and disrespected in return. McDonald’s should seriously review this store and the staff behavior because experiences like this make people lose faith in the entire brand. After this, I honestly feel disgusted even thinking about going back to any McDonald’s again.
