I ordered at 1:30pm on a Wednesday, and it took forever to get my food. There is not reason for it to take this long. I only ordered a simple value meal.

Worst customer service. People don't stop here if you are planning to stop by while you are traveling. Very racist and rude staff. They really don't want to work . They had deliberately given me super salty French fries and were laughing behind the window. I was there with my family on 03-30-2026 around ,8pm. Owner or manager please fire the entire staff as none of them was willing to work. Food quality was horrible. After all the bad experiences I asked them for a ketchup and the girl at pickup window replied we don't have a ketchup at this location, I asked are you kidding me? And then she replied our delivery truck didn't arrived yet... The first time I ever heard that BS.

As a fan of McDonald’s, it’s unfortunate to say most are disappointing. Imagine if they created a better culture? They would be a powerhouse. As usual this McDonalds was ok. 3 cars in the drive thru, 2 people in the restaurant and nothing but chaos. A sandwich made with zero love and it shows. You would think a franchisee that pays millions of dollars for one of these would take more interest. Another take away, McDonalds should rethink it’s kitchen system. All of the bells and buzzers going off cause people to have to shout which adds to the chaos. Finally- Management/ownership no need to send the canned response email. Just some honest feedback.

Waited in the drive way for 15 minutes before order got taken. Called the store and the women who answered the phone said she was using the bathroom. (I hope she washed her hands after). Then when our order got taken she was rude and disrespectful. At the first window where were pay no hi no have a nice no nothing. Then when we got our food the same thing.

1250pm today. I was 1 of 2 cars in the drive thru. Ordered 2 Cheeseburger meal, 10pc Nuggets and Fish Filet. They had me park to wait. None of my food was even hot! Soggy French Fries. I am not sure if the staff is incompetent or just does not care. Obviously this location has a serious problem. Health Department and Corporate should pop in and pay them a visit.
