  The absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They are always super slow having to wait every single time I go even though I order ahead on the app. I just don't understand why it takes 20 min for a large mocha frappe. Then when I do get it it is only a medium in a lg cup filled the rest with whipped cream so maybe I wouldn't notice. SMH. On top of the slow service the staff (manager included) is unbelievably rude. They recently messed up an order and it took me a trip home and 2 extra times through the drive through to get it right. When I thought the manager would be apologetic he was the exact opposite. Instead this man had the audacity to ask me for my receipt like I was lying to him about what I got SMH. The nerve of this man let me tell ya. He not only didn't apologize not once but he actually told me to get out of his drive thru. Mind you I spent almost $63 on 4 meals but was so angry by the end of it all I didn't even eat my meal.

  I have gone 4 different times. I use the app to order. 3 times the app has said my order is done, and I've had to go up and talk to someone only to find they haven't done my order at all and have no idea what my order was. Every time I've had to wait 15+ minutes, and every time the customer service was horrible. There is another McDonald's on the Clearfield Shawville Highway by I-80 that has much better service and better wait times. I highly advise going there instead.

  So when I asked for the vanilla cone I asked for it to be put in a cup. I did not ask for a sundae. And I used my points for the vanilla cone because it was for my dog. Yet I was charged for another ice cream I did not ask for. Fries are fresh and I appreciated that but they forgot my sauces for my nuggets. Also didn't ask if I was having my order Dine-in or To-go.
