Please tell me why you have built in pick up shelves if you aren’t going to put pick up orders on the pick up shelves? Waste my time and make me interact with people when I chose the option that should involve no interacting with people.

1250pm today. I was 1 of 2 cars in the drive thru. Ordered 2 Cheeseburger meal, 10pc Nuggets and Fish Filet. They had me park to wait. None of my food was even hot! Soggy French Fries. I am not sure if the staff is incompetent or just does not care. Obviously this location has a serious problem. Health Department and Corporate should pop in and pay them a visit.

Got here 10:25 to get some breakfast, the manager and the crew went out-of their to accommodate. Friendly and professional worker!

The food is usually done pretty quick and accurately, the workers all seem nice, but the drive through screens have been broken and unreadable for around a year now give or take which makes it very hard to order and I can imagine it must be frustrating for the employees.
