Their customer service is consistently poor. Even when a drink is supposed to come with whipped cream, you don’t get it unless you ask. Sandwiches often come with unmelted cheese, sometimes cold, sometimes burnt. The bagels never have enough cream cheese. The coffee? Whether hot or cold, it’s just not good. And the biggest issue is no consistency if you get a decent order one day, don’t expect the same on your next visit. On top of that, they never make you feel welcome when you walk in or go through the drive thru. Honestly, I feel like the only reason this location is still in business is because it’s a small town with not many options. But I’d rather drive to another town for Dunkin’ than keep settling here. I’m officially done with this location. I wish I could give zero stars to be honest!
