The bottom side is not even a centimeter thick and soggy and uncooked. Its gross. Their other strombolis are the same. I wouldnt even call this stromboli, it shames the good name of a classic pizza shop item. I got 2 and they were both like itm. Similarly my father got the same and pepperoni ones and its the same thing raw dough..and the ham is so thick and of bad quality the water (because same is mostly watet) dripped out of the thing. You got a dough issue, quality of ingredients issue, bake process issue, you have beautiful deck ovens but bake on a pan??? Weird. Then the price for it.
