  Make sure to order inside if you want your order to be correct. They’re using an Ai assistant at the drive through and most of the time it screws up. Example, I got 4 different burritos last time I ordered and added steak to all of them. Not only didn’t I get the steak on them, thanks to the Ai assistant I also had the seasoned beef removed from them, which they were all supposed to have seasoned beef too. So if you do order at the drive through double check your order

  I don't even know what to say. The food was disgusting. I mean it's taco bell but... everything was soggy. The crunch wrap tasted like drinking vegetable oil it was absolutely disgusting. I have no idea what was wrong with it but everyone that got one threw it away. Not sure I've ever thrown an entire bag of fast food away. Additionally, they have a new automated drive through where you're not talking to a human. It's like talking to one of the automated phone prompts that never works. It couldn't get anything right. It caused more delays and issues and in the end had to talk to a human anyway. Will never be back to this one ever. Absolutely gross

  As far as fast food goes, the food is decent. Resturant and restrooms are always clean. Service for getting it fast tends to be lacking. 15 minutes is typical in the lobby,but once waited over 30 minute in the drive-thru. I usually am only here when my teenage daughter requests it because Taco Bell's social media team is clearly crushing it! 😆

  I have a certain food allergy and I always order my food exclusively without it and even double check it, and I placed an order here and they put the one thing on there along with the alternatives that I put in replace of it. Now not only is it wasted food, but I can't eat tonight because the food i ordered Is contaminated with my allergen. This has happened multiple times. They are very un organized and I highly suggest going somewhere else and if you must have tacos go to moes down the street, or Dickson city where they actually have organization and atleast half a brain cell.
