Also. Can we please check on the temperature or cleaning process of the coffee pots, because even iced coffee has a burnt taste. I thought this location was owned by the same people as the Tunkhannock store, but the quality doesnt compare anymore. Please ask Tunkhannock what they are doing differently, because it's working better for them!
- HGHunter GJan 1, 20261.0Whoever worked today did a shitty job, we had a bagel sandwich and another sandwich with an English muffin both were not toasted at all also the English muffin sandwich had a half piece of cheese, we also go bagel with cream cheese on the side but of course it wasn’t in the side and asked for it to be toasted dark and guess what it wasn’t toasted at all 😂. We also had a frozen coffeee that wasn’t blended all the way I have had that problem there many times for you guys to remake. If you can’t do your job right then don’t work there. Managers how hard is it to teach your staff and make sure people are doing there job instead of you just sitting around. You guys are the worst Dunkin in Pa.

Today I was rushed through trying to order at the drive through, kept getting cut off and couldnt tell him what i wanted. They still managed to put the wrong cheese on even though the order said the right one. The croissant and bacon were under cooked and the hash browns were cold but somehow over cooked!

She was amazing @handling all going on & Orders & Customers & Me, without losing her cool! *A true young Professional! Was nice young GUY 👦 that also smiled @me to show He knew I was there!
