  i’ve been here 3 times, it’s always the same guy working and my order always takes forever. he doesn’t know how to work the register and consistently makes mistakes on sandwiches. he apologizes and says it’s “just him working” but turns out he’s a manager? so it seems like it’s his own fault and maybe management should be bettered. no reason for a sandwich to take 45 mins when it’s barely busy

  Ordered the giant Italian night club, bread seemed like it was the old stuff, it was dry and hard. I love Jimmy John’s and have eaten at many of them across several states. Jimmy John’s needs to figure this location out. There are several reviews like this and jimmy John’s is better than this. They need to figure out this location. I will never eat at this location again.

  I usually love the Beach Club and, generally Jimmy John's is consistent from site to site. This location is an outlier. The bread was stale and tough, and the sandwich fillings were not at all the quality they usually are, especially the provolone cheese. The service was also slow. It took over ten minutes and there was no one else in line. I can deal with slow service, but the terrible food quality was disappointing.

  Warning to all who want to order here. They close at 10pm. The website and Google both say 24hrs. So you would expect to be able to get a sub whenever. Unfortunately you can't. The clerks were nice. My 1 star is directed at the fact I waited for an update on my order and found out they couldn't make it Cuz they actually closed at 10pm. Maybe have a sign or update the website/Google. Waste of my time.
