I normally get 9 shots at Starbucks in Monaca, but when I’m working in Beaver Falls I stop here — and almost every time my drink tastes like the espresso was never added. This is not a one-time mistake. It’s a pattern. This morning was the final straw: I ordered a Dunkin latte with 2 extra shots (should be 3 total shots) and received an $8 cup of chocolate milk — no espresso taste, no caffeine, nothing. I’ve tried different days and different shifts and it’s always the same. Either staff isn’t trained properly or shots are being skipped while customers are still charged. If you order espresso drinks or extra shots, avoid this location. Calcutta Dunkin makes it right — this one doesn’t.
