Absolutely awful. The hoagie had barely any meat and the bread was dry and stale — no flavor, no value. The staff made the experience even worse: painfully slow, couldn’t properly take an order, and they struggled to check me out when I went to pick up and pay. It felt like they had never been trained. Owners: this is unacceptable — you’re selling overpriced, flavorless sandwiches and a service experience that actively wastes people’s time. Won’t be coming back, and I’ll be warning others.

I’ve been ordering from this shop for 4-5 years now. Recently they changed owners and it has gone straight downhill from there. Sandwiches are 1/3 the size they used to be. The people making the sandwiches do not know the difference between ingredients and regularly mess up simple sandwich orders. If I didn’t order 3 times a week I probably wouldn’t care but it’s egregious at this point. Really is a shame because it used to be so good. Oh and they changed the rewards system to require $50 more in purchase before the $10 off. Lame.

We have enjoyed Primo's hoagies from the Chester Springs location for years as it is close to our home. Since it has been under new management we have found that the amount of meat and toppings on the hoagies to be very lacking compared to the previous management and what is expected at any Primo's location. On top of that the last several times that we have ordered from this location they have gotten the order wrong. Last week we ordered four hoagies and three were wrong - either wrong topping/meats (they put ham on the Audie that I ordered instead of roast beef - how do they not know what goes on their own hoagies) or forgot to add one or more of the toppings that were clearly on the receipt taped to the bag. Sad to say but we will be getting our hoagies from Wawa from now on. Very disappointing that this Primo's location is now unreliable.
