They both went out of their way to turn what started as a frustrating visit into a genuinely positive experience. I had stopped by on Oct 26, 2025 and asked for help with an item near the front end, but the employee working there (she seemed to be in charge) refused to assist and made me feel dismissed. It left a bad impression, so I called the next day to explain what happened. Ron was immediately understanding and handled the situation with real professionalism. He took the time to listen, apologized for the experience, and coordinated with Brent that evening to make sure everything went smoothly when I came back. When I arrived, Brent already knew the situation, treated me with total respect, and made sure I got the help I needed. Both Ron and Brent showed what great customer service looks like — patient, kind, and proactive. They turned my experience around completely, and because of them, I’ll definitely keep shopping at this location.
