  First time visiting a ACME market. I stopped in to pick up some beer but the grocery store was a pleasant surprise. I would return again given the chance to explore and shop a little more.

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize an outstanding employee at ACME Markets, Melissa, who works in the Drive Up & Go department. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, Melissa truly stands out as someone who goes above and beyond every single time. From the moment I arrive for pickup, Melissa greets me with genuine warmth and positivity. She is always incredibly personable and friendly, which immediately makes the experience feel welcoming. One of the things I appreciate most is that she consistently remembers my name and greets me personally when I arrive. It may seem like a small detail, but that level of attentiveness makes a huge difference and shows how much she cares about the customers she serves. Melissa is also excellent when it comes to communication. Whenever there are substitutions or any changes to my order, she clearly explains them and makes sure I understand what was adjusted. She takes the time to confirm that everything works for me and ensures I leave satisfied with my order - which she is not required to do but it’s such a thoughtful and appreciated extra step. That level of transparency and professionalism builds trust and makes the entire Drive Up & Go process smooth and stress-free. What really sets Melissa apart is her attitude. She always seems genuinely happy to help and brings such positive energy to every interaction. Grocery pickup can easily feel transactional, but Melissa turns it into a pleasant and personal experience. I truly look forward to seeing her when I pick up my groceries because I know I’ll be greeted with kindness, efficiency, and great service. Employees like Melissa are a huge asset to ACME Markets. She represents the kind of customer-focused service that keeps people coming back. Simply put, she is top-tier, and ACME is lucky to have her. I hope she receives the recognition she deserves for consistently delivering such excellent service.

  I love this acme. Best fried chicken ever. Better then kfc and giant. And the employee are very respectful, caring , nice. The store is very organized and also clean and the employee work very hard and they are responsible for there duty. This is the only acme that I noticed. Is very good. The other acmes aren't good. This acme is very respectful, organized, clean, good prices and good parking lot and also the place smells good. Some acme aren't clean and organized. I do recommend this acme . The other acmes suck

  Good store for just about all your grocery needs even specialty items.

  Generally love this grocery store but they lose credit for their everday prices being too high and meat quality is terrible. Bought NY strip steaks on sale during New Years week and they weren't even edible. So tough I couldn't even chew them and I have 4 more in my freezer. I would gladly purchase pork and chicken here but beef is a no go anymore.
