  We were given our order and only got the burger. We ordered 2 meals and received a singular burger. Both of our drinks were flat. Horrible!

  Order a frappe without whip cream and got given 3/4 quarters of a frappe when I order my food I expect to have everything there not a partial of my drink

  I am writing to formally document a highly unprofessional experience I encountered at your location today. The quality of the food provided was unacceptable, as the items served were not fresh and the bread was stale. When I brought a missing item to the attention of the manager on duty, I was met with extreme hostility. Despite my receipt confirming the error, the manager became combative and used offensive, profane language toward me. Furthermore, the overall appearance and conduct of the staff were concerning and did not meet standard professional expectations. Due to this treatment and the poor quality of service, I will no longer frequent this establishment. I trust you will address these serious service and behavioral issues with your team.
