  Forgot the strawberries in my order of Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad - you know, what's implied that it comes with in its name (and ingredients list). No indication that it was out of stock when placing the order, and no communication about it afterward if it was indeed out of stock.

  This is all of my Nieces' favorite place. The Easter Sunday Crew knocked it out of the park: The Harvest Medley Chicken Salad was super fresh & of excellent quality - I always add extra chicken, any restaurant, I go - so, I'm never left feeling hungry after a salad. We found the Front of the House staff member, Kathy to be exceptionally helpful, friendly and took great care of us, The Baker, on staff, that day had just pulled more Macaroons from the oven - (we asked for 2 dozen) + Kathy sliced a loaf of fresh Sourdough for us to go. The restaurant was also clean well stocked. My 1st visit and it will definitely not be my last. Well done!

  Today, the food was horrible! Everything was cold. There wasn't any ketchup. I can always tell when the manager, Andrew (I believe that's his name) isn't there. When he's on duty the food is fresh, hot, and everything is stocked and readily available. Not only that, there's always someone at the front greeting people and waiting to serve those that come in. Today, I had to wait for a cashier to come out and take my order. As a result of the cold food, it was overall a bad experience today.
