- BHBen HillJan 1, 20261.0We have been to this location twice and both times the drive thru people were so incompetent and ignorant. Not sure how you stay in business but definitely worst managed McDonald’s we’ve ever been too. Sad but the manager is the most incompetent of all.

The girl taking our order had no idea what we were even saying she messed up our order they didnt have half rhe food on the menu including drinks the girl who took our money had no idea what to do when handed her 2 gift cards and cash then she still rang up wrong when I said use the gift cards first and then cash and give change back she gave us no chamge back then refused to open the windows again as we sat there telling her to open the window she messed up then when she opened the window it took her 5 more minutes to get a manager who told her in 2 seconds to give us our change which I had to tell her what our change even was she couldn't figure that out either. Then still had to wait on our food and get it and its messed up and cold.

- AAAllisonDec 20, 20251.0A complete waste of time. Ordered on the mobile app in hopes that my order would be ready when I arrived or at least sooner than waiting in the drive-thru. That was not the case as I sat there for 30 minutes while eight other vehicles got their order from the drive-thru. I called in because I had my kids in the car and it’s still took them eight minutes to get my order out after I called. Then they told me there could be no refund since I used the mobile app. So lesson learned, one do not use the mobile app, two don’t go to McDonald’s, three make sure you check your order because even after all that time I was still missing food.
