Food was very cold and fries was terrible cold I ask for new ones and the guy was very rude overall the service was terrible I have been a customer here long time but I will not come here again I am very disappointed with the attitude from the employees. Is 809pm on November 15 owner of this place do something not for me anymore but for other customers and I was not the only one treated like that what a shame of place.

- AAAshleyOct 22, 20252.0The only thing this location had going was atleast it was semi clean. Food service very very slow to non existent at 3pm on a Wednesday. Fries undercooked and nuggets cold. Wrong sauce given. There was a table of employees just have a meeting while the crew is obviously having issues. I just go to another location. Also watch for the uber/grub hub drivers they like to park in the middle of the drive thru lane to pick up orders. This is an accidental waiting to happen.

You’ll be waiting more than 30 minutes for your order, ESPECIALLY if you go in store. In store orders are completely forgotten about. I’ve seen multiple people sit down waiting on their food and had to go to the DoorDash/takeout station to find their food. The supervisor that’s a woman specifically fills young men’s orders before any other order. People have to go behind the counter themselves to get cups for their orders because they are ignored for 10+ minutes. It’s genuinely just a joke and I'm surprised it’s still open. I fully recommend hiring completely new staff, and actually training said staff to be successful. Like I’ve said before, an absolute JOKE
