I had to go ask him for extra napkins, go to the counter to ask him for silverware because there was a lot of oil on top of the pizza, go ask him for a drink refill. On top of that as I said the pizza had an awful lot of oil on top of it. Tasted different than it has in the past

When we arrived at 11:30 the sign was off, the door was locked, and no one answered our knock. When we called the phone was answered by the automated service but no staff member picked up as was indicated by the system. My credit card had been charged and an email confirmation received but there was no pizza. My complaint on the corporate website has yet to be answered other than by the email requesting a review. The charge to my credit card does seem to have dropped from pending but still waiting on that. Bizarre experience but in some ways seems more and more common.
