There is a lot of concrete floor to go over, when one is looking for something specific. I wish all large stores had "look-up kiosks," because there are not enough employees working within the shelf areas to ask. By the time one reaches the cashier, it's time to checkout and go home. Cashiers at this store are usually very efficient and careful to pack things as the customer wishes. A few months ago, there was a young pregnant cashier who actually pointed out a ring in the bottom of one of my bags. I had lost weight and my wedding ring had fallen off in a bag. After checking out, I told the manager-on-duty at tge front desk how great that was. The honesty of that one young woman impressed me. I also wish they wood retire that roving robotic device with the "evil eyes." It gets in my path and I cannot avoid bumping it. If it was fitted with a way to ask where things are, it would actually be useful. As it is, it's just CREEPY.
