The first time I ordered a ice coffee and they put granulated sugar in it which of course didn't dissolve and wasn't even stirred. The second time they put granulated sugar in both my iced coffees - I specifically asked for liquid sugar, didn't try to stir them, and handed me a burnt croissant sandwich. By Burnt, I mean fully black charcoal on both sides. Also didn't give me reciepts so I could call corporate.
