She should get reprimanded because he was just doing his job. It made my little sister cry because she felt so bad for him, and at the very end of it all, he still had a smile on his face serving other customers while the female coworker was talking bad about him in front of the other staff and customers.

Then I get up to the register, and pay with a gift card. Employee behind the register took my gift card that still has $25 and laid it on the counter, looked at me and pointed to my bag and said you can take it. I said. Not until I get my gift card back. There’s still $25 on there. She rolled her eyes, grabbed my receipt out of the trash, checked my balance and said. Ugh you’re right. And gave it to me. Never in my life have I seen such AWFUL customer service. From now on I’ll drive 40 mins to a different location. Do better Chambersburg.

The food is always great, and I would say that most of the staff is friendly and receptive to what customers have to say. However, there’s always one bad apple in the bunch. I had to tell the guy taking my order three times what I wanted, it was like he was in a time warp and not able to comprehend what I was saying. This last visit wasn’t the only time, as I mentioned most of the staff is friendly and great at their job, but there’s always one that just isn’t up to par. That being said once again, they also forgot an extra side of guacamole. It’s not going to stop me from going there, I just wish all the staff was in tune with the others.
