    I now have food poisoning. Ive had it for days after eating chipotle. Putting this here as a warning just go into the store dont order the food off door dash. Make sure it’s all made fresh. On a side note step it up chipotle real talk

    I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was by far the worst experience I have had here. The girl making our food in the first half of the line was very rude from the beginning, every time we asked for something she would stare with an annoyed expression for a few seconds before adding it. She kept looking us up and down like we were disgusting her, I felt very uncomfortable and was just trying to be as polite as I could at that point. While we were eating our food, we could see that she was treating the people in line after us similarly. Additionally, the person putting together my boyfriend’s burrito in the second half of the line did a very lazy job, half of the contents were falling out of it before he even got to open it, but the rude customer service is the biggest problem in my opinion.

    Ordered food with app for drive through 20 minutes away and nobody was in line i show up and nobody even asks me who I am picking up for until after 15 minutes pass and 5 cars are behind me to hand me a bag that was sitting on the counter since I arrived..... cold food and no refund

    Past two times I’ve been there the chicken was burnt and had hard crunchy bits. The burnt taste was very overwhelming and overpowered all the ingredients I ordered. The first time it happened I just shrugged it off, but earlier this evening I went after not having been there for a few weeks, and the chicken was just as burnt and unpleasant as the time before that. I’m not picky, I like a little char on my meat, but when I say burnt I mean it was beyond burnt. The quality of their chicken has suddenly tanked and I’m not sure why. Idk if maybe there is a new employee scared of undercooking the chicken, or what, but that chicken tasted like it was cooked in a house fire.
