I couldnt properly eat the burrito I ordered because it fell apart as I took it out of the foil. The photo is what I could salvage, and that was if I held it tightly. Even with that it still fell apart.

The people here barely speak English will ask you six times what you said and just do whatever they think instead of actually correcting the order the few people who do actually work here are stuffed in the back with the drive-thru line where it can be hectic and the ones out front staying around and talk all day. I asked for a refund to my food and instead of that she went to go get it and I said that is not the issue and I'm pretty sure she didn't understand what I was asking and then cocked an attitude

I never had an issue when coming in the store. Online orders though at any chipotle isn’t that great, BUT when you go inside everyone is very friendly and the food is great. I used to go to the Hanover location, but due to how excellent everything was today at the Chambersburg location I rather go here. Thank you everyone for the great service and a delicious carnita bowl!!
