  Was there yesterday around 3:50pm, got a 6" turkey on Italian with extra cheese, spinach, lettuce, pickles, cucumbers, mayo, oil and vinegar and there was a lady in front of me that paid for her food and no problems. I went to pay ( was paying cash) and she said the system had just went down and took a min to finish my sandwich. Mind you I got nothing else. But she charged me $9.04. Couldn't get a receipt because the system and was running late for work. But I feel like she seen me going to pay cash and it was like she did that on purpose so she could calculate the cost on her phone. Idk it was very strange. Won't be back there.

  Much credit goes to the woman who was working the day I visited. Store was clean, all food selections I observed were fresh and my sandwich was delicious. Welcoming experience. Relaxing atmosphere. She is on top of her game. Stark contrast to some of the other Subways around Pgh where food looks old and welcome mat is missing. Will return.

  Went there to get a sandwich for my 98 year old mother. Came all the way home and discovered that I had a sandwich for another customer. She can't eat salami. No problem; these things happen. The manager, Rand, said "Well that's too bad, but it's your problem. I'll need to charge you for a new sandwich, because it will be a new order." Oh really? And they expect to stay in business this way??? I will tell as many people that I can think of what a terrible experience I had and ask them to do the same. Best of luck, Lebanon Shops Subway. Poor customer service is always a mistake. I asked to speak to the owner... wouldn't give me his name or number. I told him that I would track down a regional manager and he finally coughed up the name (a voice mail to which I've received no callback).
