- MWMichelle WashingtonNov 16, 20251.0Was there yesterday around 3:50pm, got a 6" turkey on Italian with extra cheese, spinach, lettuce, pickles, cucumbers, mayo, oil and vinegar and there was a lady in front of me that paid for her food and no problems. I went to pay ( was paying cash) and she said the system had just went down and took a min to finish my sandwich. Mind you I got nothing else. But she charged me $9.04. Couldn't get a receipt because the system and was running late for work. But I feel like she seen me going to pay cash and it was like she did that on purpose so she could calculate the cost on her phone. Idk it was very strange. Won't be back there.

Welcoming experience. Relaxing atmosphere. She is on top of her game. Stark contrast to some of the other Subways around Pgh where food looks old and welcome mat is missing. Will return.
