  The girl that was taking my order was not making eye contact or talking directly towards me and the person that gave me my drink was rude and their is a bunch of people walking in-front of moving cars

  Drinks are always delicious, but a good majority of the staff is super unprofessional. Gossiping and mocking customers loudly in clear earshot. However, Hailie is great and always takes great care of us. More people should be like Hailie.

  Was skeptical at first but well worth the try and visit! Hoping for consistency when I go back again due to how yummy my drink was and quick / pleasant the experience despite long line. Definitely worth customizing your drink if you are one, like myself who enjoys the taste of coffee and likes flavor but nothing too sweet. Pictured: medium iced latte (naturally comes with 2 shots of espresso), with oatmilk, 1 pump white mocha sauce, and 1 pump sugar free brown sugar cinnamon syrup. It came to $6. They even wrote a sweet little message on the lid :)

  I love 7brew so much but I cannot stand the inconsistency of the moon location. It’s depends on the employees that are working whether or not you will have a good experience. This past time I went me and my friend got exactly the same thing but hers tasted significantly different than mine. Mine tasted like it had a hint peach was in it and then straight carbonation while hers you could taste all of the flavors. I can get the same drink in one day and it will taste worldly different. I also have experienced inconsistency with what employees will allow you to do. For example sometimes I am allowed to do split orders while other times they don’t let me. Sometimes I ask for light ice and get it, others they will basically give me 1oz of drink while the rest is ice. I also don’t like that sometimes I cannot put my phone number in if my friend already did, again, this is dependent on who is working. Some employees let you and others don’t and I don’t understand why. Sometimes I have a very positive experience while other times I am very disappointed with the outcome of my drink etc. I’ve also found often flavors get left behind and not added even though I pay for them. Also something needs to be done about the lids that constantly fall off the cup making a mess of my car.

  Great place! They are in Tucson, AZ but I had never tried it sticking to Dutch Bros. Since you cant get that in PA... I've been searching for something similar. This place hits the mark for what I wanted. The service is great, the people friendly, and the drinks highly customizable ranging from energy drinks to coffees.
