No staff member will assist you they stand behind the counter staring at your while your wait to be addressed. Even if you ask if your order is ready seeing orders behind the counter half the time they say no until a few minutes go by and then hand out orders that have been sitting there. I have received cold orders multiple times due to this.

For people to say that they waited over 30 minutes is clearly an exaggeration to try and prove a point. If you had water for coffee (I doubt it) ask for another! They will oblige. There is not one restaurant that is perfect. But when that happens, give these people a chance to rectify and not just cry in a review. For those saying that takes too much time, you took the time to write a crappy review.

I said no, they always put it in a small cup on the side. She walks back, comes back with the “cook” to hand me my food with NO SIDE OF CHIPOTLE. Posting this in hopes that the girl who thought it was impossible to give me a side of chipotle figures it out that it’s not that hard. Good luck in life, there are much harder things to do but seems like you are going to have a hard life.
