  Rude employees, incompetent managers who don't know how to speak with customers very unprofessional and rude,The staff actually fought with me over my order accuracy rather than just fixing it. They clearly don't train people on customer service here. A total waste of money."I would stay away from this McDonald's and go to the 1 Shadow Oaks Dr, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 they are very perffetional and know how to speak with respect and know how to treat customers

  The crew was friendly and efficient. The service was fast and the restaurant was clean. My only complaint was the fries was cold, but I believe if I would have ask that they would have replaced them. But they were for my daughter it wasn't so big of deal. I would definitely go back again.

  “Today I went there to eat and ordered two burgers. One was fine, but the other was very salty and cold. A lady came—I don’t know if she was the manager or who she was—but her behavior was not good at all. She didn’t try to understand the situation. When she brought another burger next time, she was holding it in her hand instead of bringing it on a tray. She also showed attitude while giving it to me. I really didn’t like the people at this location.”

  Always forgetting straws at curbside. Shouldn’t have to ask every time for a straw. Common sense things these people can’t pick up on
