  I have been wanting to stop here for so long, finally did it and omg it’s so cute! the main area is the usual mcdonald’s vibe but the play area is all underwater themed!

  Food is typically decent and they have a play place. Those are the positive things I have to say. This McDonald’s is the most poorly run establishment I have ever visited and I’ve been coming here for years. They have a system of sending drive thru cars to wait in parking spaces, whether there are others waiting behind you or not. This somehow allows them to bump tickets and indicate impressive service speeds, but it is a lie. It simply and inevitably leads to them forgetting orders. I’ve seen it every time I’ve been here for the last 10 or more. I came at lunch one day recently and waited over 20 minutes for an order I had put in before I left work. The young lady next to me came from the beauty school next door and indicated she had been waiting for 30 minutes, her lunch was over, and this happens every time they come over. My order was showing as complete on the screen when I got there. Tonight I mistakenly ordered for an inside pick up. At the drive thru I was told they couldn’t help me and I’d have to come inside. (???) So I woke my kid and got her out of the car and we went inside. Because they couldn’t figure out how to hand me that order through the window. I haven’t complained until now but I should have. This process of bumping orders before they’re even started is blatantly misleading for their stats and is resulting in the opposite of good service, and it’s been going on for way too long. If Wendy’s can figure out how to serve us timely in a drive thru line, why can’t this McDonald’s? And no, I will not pull into space 1 while you prepare my fast food. I’ll sit in this drive thru line until I have been served as attended.

  For being advertised as a very playful place for children my 10, 11 and 12 year olds were asked to leave the play place. They were sitting on the 2nd level playing a calm game and the staff came in and asked the children to get out of the play set because they were over the height requirement. They weren't hurting anyone. They weren't doing anything wrong but because they are tall even though they are children and they were in there with their younger siblings it didnt matter they weren't welcome inside. 10/10 do not recommend because they were rude and judgemental the entire time we are there. Dont even get me started on the food service, you ask for sauce to go with you family of 6 meal and you get 1 sauce cup? It's not even about the sauce it's the priciple of the whole experience.Tell me it wasn't personal and I'll hear you out. Everything that happened during our entire visit felt very personal.
