  Took at minimum 8 minutes to make one sandwich and nobody else behind me and empty parking lot. I asked for one sauce packet and she said she'd have to charge me?? If your profit margin is so tight you can't give out ONE sauce per customer maybe you should try a different business. Absolutely BS to ring my card up for like 30 cents.

  I ordered through Uber Eats and the chicken nuggets tasted like burt grease they were terrible the QP was less than average the fries had grease taste to. They need to clean their fryers more often.

  The most horrible experience I've ever had at a McDonald's hands down! Waited about hour in the drive through last night ( around 10 pm) took forever to get a response at the speaker. When I finally got to the window and got my food my order was wrong and then she asked me to give her the food back and sat the food down like she planned on giving it to other customers which is disgusting because I had handled that food to dig it out of my bag. When I was at the window that was another 30-minute process just to get my food and get it correct and the woman in the Drive-Thru was so rude. I wanted to cancel the order but I couldn't cancel it otherwise I would have left.... But I didn't realize it was going to take an additional 30 minutes at the window. There were so many cars that had left behind me because they couldn't even get their order in. Then when I got home my food was horrific. It was all wrong. It wasn't correct and it was terrible and cold.

  If you hate working here, go find another job. The front desk lady was in a horrible mood and just frankly rude to customers. Ordered breakfast with a sugar free vanilla latte, gave me a full sugar iced drink. When I went to return it got an attitude and saw the people making the food on their phone with gloves on going straight back to making food. Bacon was barely cooked. The only good experience was the guy bringing our food out. He seemed like the only one who was in good spirits.
