- BBBOct 31, 20251.0Online ordering wasn’t available at the time, couldn’t use my coupon on the kiosk, so I had to stand at the counter and wait and wait and wait about ten minutes until someone finally noticed me. The first girl that came to the register didn’t know how to put my coupon in the system, so she had to go and get what I’m assuming was the manager. The manager argued with me about using a VALID coupon. All I wanted was a bowl of soup. After being denied use of my coupon, I told the ladies I guess I won’t be getting anything then. The “manager” said “okay” as I turned and left. I heard the two girls laughing as I was walking out the door. Some real great customer service here. Not.
