The photo is what it looked like by the time he got home (we live really close), and neither of us had even a sip of it. Half a cup, really? I’ve also gotten same drink here before and it is too strong every time, compared to any other Starbucks location I’ve ordered from. Pretty disappointing.

Most recently, we ordered the non-dairy Ben & Jerry’s ice cream and I just went to have some to find that it was the normal kind. Thank you to the Giant worker who graciously helped me find a hard to find product in the midst of chaos on New Year's eve. I was standing in the middle of the store isle looking confused and was approached and asked if I needed help, which was obvious. He indicated he was not accustomed to the location and helped me search, asked multiple staff and finally got me to the instant mashed potatoes which were nearly sold out. His persistant support and kindness made my day.
