- LCLegend CoxSep 17, 20251.0I like the complementary car charging and the store is generally okay and is under renovation... But I write this review in protest of the self-checkout systems. With the implementation of the machine vision camera system and a single member of staff to attend all the machines it is a painstaking process to check out with a large amount of groceries. I seriously considered cutting my loss and just leaving mid transaction. Every item scanned takes 3-5 seconds before the system can finish processing the video and wait on the scale to make sure you scanned the item. It failed three times during checkout, and the nice staff member had to walk all the way from her post in the main pen over to the conveyer checkout. Each time they had to do this took a couple minutes. Additionally, these clankers have bill accepters that only take one bill at a time, you have to sit on the floor and feed it 20s one at a time, wait for it to register, then insert the next till all 21 bills are inserted. This was my first time using a machine vision equipped POS system, and I have to say unless there is a human available at a register I am not returning.
