Thank you to the Giant worker who graciously helped me find a hard to find product in the midst of chaos on New Year's eve. I was standing in the middle of the store isle looking confused and was approached and asked if I needed help, which was obvious. He indicated he was not accustomed to the location and helped me search, asked multiple staff and finally got me to the instant mashed potatoes which were nearly sold out. His persistant support and kindness made my day.

I wanted to mention what a pleasant experience I have at this Giant store everytime I pull up to the Giant Direct parking spot. You have a very sweet young man that greets me with a genuine smile. He is very efficient and answers any and all questions with a helpful disposition. I wish all my interactions with store helpers was just like him. Keep up the excellent work!
