  ORDERING ON THE APP PSA! Me and my husband have ordered from this location numerous amounts of times and have never had a problem. We always order on the app. Tonight he made an order on the app and when he realized it had been delivered we hadn’t received anything. Turns out the driver delivered to an old address from 10 years ago that my husband does not live at anymore. The address is also not available as an option on his dominoes profile either. So I’m not sure where the driver would’ve even found that address. When we called and asked about it, the manager on shift explained that if it was an issue on the app that she would not be able to help what so ever. She was brief and not helpful at all explaining that the driver had called us. My husband had no missed calls, she had nothing to say! She continued to tell my husband that if he wanted to cancel she could and he could reorder. When he asked if he needed to pay again she said he would need to repay for a whole new order! She cancelled the order without even hearing my husband out and proceeded to try to end up the call, ultimately hanging out on him mid sentence. Im 100% our order, even if canceled was handed over to a stranger. If there had been issues on the app before that would’ve been helpful to know! If at any point she could’ve at least offered her discount that would’ve been helpful! Or even been a little understanding and try to sort something out with us, THAT WOULD’VE BEEN HELPFUL. But she ultimately decided to leave us high and dry without our money and our pizza. Hoping the cancellation ends us refunding his money back! Anyway, this female manager needs more customer service training! Also, fyi to anyone ,I would delete any previous addresses on the app if you have any. Won’t be ordering for a while from this location.

  So yall just gon update the charge after i already paud for the food ?? Whats the update charge for ? Refund me my money or i will file charges .. order was $20.11 , next thing u know 3:00 a.m in the morning im gettin a message sayin my card has been charged updeted charged from DOMINOES BROUGHT IT TO $22.11 ... ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY BUY WHERE DID THAT CHARGE COME FROM AFTER I ALREADY PAID THE TOTAL AMOUNT HOURS AGOO ?? YEA THATS THIEF..

  I haven’t ordered dominos in a year. I tried it again and It was gross. All salt and frozen bs. I mean salt and gross. They nailed down delivery but that doesn’t make up for terrible food. And no napkins or fork. How do you not provide either?? For an order that needed a fork. And I asked for one small request to add a small thing of tomato sauce to the pizza and no one can think because the computer didn’t tell them ? It was awful. Salt fest and no flavor. Dominos sucks I will never order it again.

  I did a pick up order and at first everything was fine but then legit on one of my last slices i realize there’s a long black hair in the pizza 🤦🏻‍♀️ That’s disgusting and i won’t be coming back again

  Won't deliver to my house even though I'm within a 3 mile radius per corporate rules. Online app takes into account total driving distance. I'm exactly at 3.0 miles.
