  THE CREW RIGHT NOW IS AWESOME. Shoutout to the hardworking workers on 2/26/26 . Them boys and gyals were hooking me, my friend, and all the other blue collar late nighters UP, till the clock struck 10. It was around 930 and there was a long line waiting for chicken, unlike most places, these peeps immediately prepped and cooked a new batch of chicken in front of our very eyes. Muchas gracias. Especially love the dude that was working the 8 am to the 11:30 pm shift - guy is an absolute saint and demonstration of resilience and discipline - MAJOR respect bro ✊✊. Seriously though the staff right now for the Carlisle chipotle is amazing and I’m super happy I’m witnessing it. There are a few iffy workers here and there but that happens everywhere and honestly I think Chipotle is hiring the right people and I am profoundly grateful for this blessing to hit my home town and to give me a solid option when it comes to filling my empty, end-of-the-day stomach. Thank you Jesus (Also one of the workers sometimes BUMPS dat Lil Baby on the party box speaker, and ya; it’s fire.

  My partner and I come here often and are usually met with decent service and food. Today, after an unfortunate bag incident , KJ, Kyla, Kendrick, and Ashley (as well as the rest of the team) met us with great flexibility, understanding, and service, quickly remaking our order and exceeding our expectations. Thank you for your patience, we’ll be sure to be back soon!

  Ordered a buritto. Upon wrapping it, the tortilla (which clearly had been sitting out all day - it was dry and cracking before being heated) broke. The person wrapping said she was going to double wrap it, to which I asked it be put in a new tortilla instead. About half of the contents of the old tortilla made it in the new tortilla and was a jumbled mess. It was also rolled poorly, with the contents coming out the seams. It should have just been remade instead of me paying full price for half of what I ordered.

  The serving sizes at this store are comical. You're better off going to Moe's or the Chipotle on the Carlisle Pike if it's not too far of a drive for you. Not to mention the customer service is severely lacking. No hellos, your welcomes, and the refuse to give you the time of day if you have a issue with your order. They have gotten better with cleanliness, but it's rare you find a table that clearly hasn't been wiped down all day.
