  Tables are always absolutely foul. Always out of things; food never fresh, orders always messed up. Took 5 minutes to get a QR code discount to scan. Place has been consistently bad for ages.

  They went and hired the world’s slowest and least organized people and put them all on shift together. Order an hour before you show up minimum if you order on line. Bring a board game or something if you plan on standing in line. Even if there’s only one person in the building they will find a way to make you wait at least 45 minutes for your order. Garbage establishment.

  My son and I came in for lunch today. We both noticed a lady that we assumed was the manager checking temps. She had no gloves on and her phone was on the counter. (GROSS) most of the pans of food were empty and the young lady that was helping us had to go over to the online line area to complete my son’s order. Mind you this store was not busy. There was a family of three and a young man eating in the dining area. Once we got our food and sat down I noticed that the table's we dirty and trash on the floor. When we went to get our drinks one was empty and needed to be changed. The young man at the register told the manager that it needed to be changed and she said “I know go change it”. We then sat at our table and noticed the manager was leaning against the counter eating. When another customer walked in she tossed bowl in the trash and put gloves on. When we were done and were going to throw our trash away , all 4 trash cans were overflowing. They do not seem to be understaffed as there were employees standing around. Such a bummer because we enjoy chipotle and I am not sure we will come back to this store.

  THE CREW RIGHT NOW IS AWESOME. Shoutout to the hardworking workers on 2/26/26 . Them boys and gyals were hooking me, my friend, and all the other blue collar late nighters UP, till the clock struck 10. It was around 930 and there was a long line waiting for chicken, unlike most places, these peeps immediately prepped and cooked a new batch of chicken in front of our very eyes. Muchas gracias. Especially love the dude that was working the 8 am to the 11:30 pm shift - guy is an absolute saint and demonstration of resilience and discipline - MAJOR respect bro ✊✊. Seriously though the staff right now for the Carlisle chipotle is amazing and I’m super happy I’m witnessing it. There are a few iffy workers here and there but that happens everywhere and honestly I think Chipotle is hiring the right people and I am profoundly grateful for this blessing to hit my home town and to give me a solid option when it comes to filling my empty, end-of-the-day stomach. Thank you Jesus (Also one of the workers sometimes BUMPS dat Lil Baby on the party box speaker, and ya; it’s fire.
