My mom and I always get less ice, but we should stop clicking it because they always fill the cups like we get extra ice. They have either given my mom the wrong drink (lemonade instead of tea), and have served my food either burnt to the point of inedible or barely toasted its lukewarm. On top of all the issues with the food and drinks, the staff won’t ask you questions about what you’re waiting on, or they’ll let your hot/cold drink sit behind the counter even when you ordered just that — one drink and nothing extra. The staff just doesn’t seem like they even want to work there, and I get that, but when you’re paid to deal with people, just be polite.
