Drive thru apparently takes 30-60 minutes to order and receive. Visited town and went, they messed up my order a couple days, but I’m assuming they are understaffed and that’s the wait and order issue. Don’t worry about the drive thru, you’ll get cut off by someone going the wrong way and almost cause an accident and they don’t care, you’ll just wait longer and still provide them money. You might end up getting backed up into with someone leaving and they will close the window and ignore everything

We sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes the one day, and my coffee was cold by the time I received it. Then we went inside and ordered today. I’m still sitting here waiting for my order 40 minutes later! And it’s not like I’m a huge family. It’s 4 of us. People behind me got orders before me. We told them they forgot my drink and they said it’d be out in a minute. Turns out it was just put with the wrong order. They’re really disorganized. They’re chatting it up with customers they know while they work. Kind of annoying. Don’t think I’ll be back.
- KSKara ShellyDec 19, 20252.0awfully terrible drive through. they will have the line blocked up into the intersection instead of having the one person holding up the entire line pull into a spot where their order will be brought out to them and keep the flow of the line steady. this is going to cause accidents. people are swerving around cars on the main road, frustrated patrons leaving the line, and all because of one single car. i just feel like there needs to be a better system with the unfortunate set up of the stores location.
