He apologized and said the employee had no authority to block a customer. I attempted to order again on Monday. I was NOW told I tried to pay with a fake 100 bill!! and I'm blocked for delivery. The manager Misty told me this. I explained I only pay with credit cards. I'm a 62yr old lady but I was not getting through to her. As of now I'm beginning to think it's a race issue. No order has been placed on my phone since 7/1/25. This place is unbelievable. I lived in Old Forge 25yrs. Dunmore 6yrs and never had a issue. I don't like to be lied on. I'm not a child and I deserve respect.

I have been ordering from the Dominos in Old Forge PA for 25yrs. Never a problem with customer service. He then went on to tell me he blocked me before and will do it again and hung up. Very rude and at this point i would not order from Carbondale PA Domino's again.
