This place is a joke not very clean very rude people and food was bad meet balls were under Cook and didn't allow you to used the bath room run away from this place

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The older gentleman working there was extremely rude, and the younger employee he was training clearly lacked basic customer service skills. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in—no “hello” or “how can I help you?”—instead, I was immediately met with an unfriendly attitude and asked, “Are you going to order?”
I was simply trying to customize my wrap, which is something I’ve done at many other locations without any issue. However, I was told they couldn’t accommodate that, which was surprising and frustrating.
I understand that work can be stressful, but how you treat customers matters. A little respect and a simple greeting go a long way. Unfortunately, due to the poor service and negative attitude, I chose to leave without ordering.
I hope management addresses this, because customer service like this drives people away.

I have never left a review in my life, but I can say I was severely disappointed in this subway experience. The guy had an attitude, and the female worker was clearly high on something. Me and my coworker come to this subway every Tuesday and both get the meal of the day same bread and all for the past month and a half and each time it’s always something wrong from just basic things to cutting the bread way off the middle one side is 8 inches the other 4. I wish I was exaggerating how off the mark on how off they cut the bread to asking to try a sauce before putting it on the sandwich to them instead covering the whole sub in the dressing before knowing if I like it or not. When I specifically asked to try it beforehand it’s like you talk to them and tell them both what you want and it just goes in one ear and out the other. Having to repeat what I want 4 to 5 times per topping for them to still put on sum u didn’t even want gets quite old after the like 6th time in a row coming here. We tried giving them the benefit of the doubt each time but it only shows to get worse with each visit so we will no longer be stopping by at this location. This last time we literally were eating our food and googling the next closest subway to stop at after our shifts.

I actually never stopped at this subway. I go to the business across the street. Subway is too processed anymore and I'm a bodybuilder. If they start selling real steak dinners then I'll update to 5 stars.

I mobile ordered at 11:42am today and when I showed up at 12:20 it was not ready and it took another 45mins for her to make it. Avoid this Subway.. management needs to hire more people or step up and help out themselves.
