  “For faster service use the mobile app!” I used the mobile app. 😋 For a large sprite and a large fry, just to wait in line for 20 minutes. Then, had me pull aside for another 7 minutes. I’m never in a rush, i’m so chill, but i’m just genuinely wondering if yall are okay in there???

  Went there tonight with a good friend of mine. The manager Jessica greeted me by name after I used a mobile app code. The staff is always in a positive mood every time I’m there. My order is always made correctly. The young blonde lady who works the drive-through and hands me my food is always so nice

  I live very close to McDonald's, lately it's just been something else I just ordered a quarter pounder meal My quarter pounder was actually almost raw My french fries were cold My wife ordered a double cheeseburger so for my meal plus a double cheeseburger was almost $18 crying shame. What they pay the quality employees there and what they charge is outrageous McDonald's used to be a place where if you were hungry you could go in get it done not think twice about spending your money especially for bad food. Will I go back again probably but man this place went downhill prices went up value went way down and raw food that's just something else

  Came through and the lady in the purple shirt running was talking EXTREMELY poorly about customers in the drive thru calling them dumb & saying how annoyed she was. It’s McDonalds- a customer service job. Get another job if you can’t deal with the public!
