  I mobile ordered at 11:42am today and when I showed up at 12:20 it was not ready and it took another 45mins for her to make it. Avoid this Subway.. management needs to hire more people or step up and help out themselves.

  I have not had a good experience here. The last time I ate here the bread was stale. Upon trying again, I was met with a very impatient and unfriendly staff who couldn’t be less interested in making my sandwich. I had to leave when the sandwich was squeezed so tight to wrap that it was less than half of its original size. Thankfully there are several other subway restaurants in the area.

  very poor service . no one has on name tags so i can't reference a name BUT they have one person (male) taking the orders who appears to have a disability (not judging, but this isn't fair!) as the other worker (male) is "sweeping" and actually just shoving cookies in their mouth ! there's one other worker (female) who is just hiding in the back ! DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST .

  We asked for a strict veggie subway and specifically asked to keep it away from the meat but it was literally placed next to meet and could have gotten contaminated as the other person was literally grabbing meat from on top of it. They also did not have half the veggies available. The service was poor since they were not able to meet customer’s expectations.

  I recently stopped by Subway to pick up an online order for my niece, and I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming the staff was. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. The manager (I believe) was in the middle of preparing the order, and when I let her know I was there for my niece’s pickup, she kindly reassured me it would be ready shortly. While waiting, I complimented the store on its new remodel (it looks great!), and even the young man who was on his break joined in the conversation—he was so pleasant and friendly. Before I knew it, the manager had already finished the order and personally brought it out to me in the lobby. We all got caught up chatting, and I didn’t even realize how much time had passed until my niece called asking for her food! If you’re looking for a place that not only makes delicious sandwiches but also serves them with genuine kindness and a smile, this Subway is the one to visit.
