Stood at the register for 5min without anyone acknowledging I was there. They answered phones and took orders from the internet. But, couldn’t acknowledge a paying customer standing in front of them.
Terrible service. I understand having to wait. But, just acknowledge the customer.

I don’t normally leave reviews but after 4 bad experiences here, we have decided to no longer go and felt I had to share. Once we had a large order cancelled after driving all the way there for no reason, once they were closed and were still accepting online orders and we got there and the doors were locked, and tonight they were out of their main French bread at 5pm when they close at 9. Accepted our online order anyway. Not to mention they are constantly closing early and totally unreliable. Very disappointing.

Jimmy Johns has dropped off. How can you even call this a sandwich?? I would not recommend to anybody- about one piece of turkey and half a slice of bacon on a Club Lulu. It does not get worse than this for sandwiches around the world.

Ordered an Italian sub only and got charged for combo. Asked for napkins and she pointed to 2 napkins left that got wet at some point.
