- SGStephanie G3 days ago1.0I had a really disappointing experience at this Panera Bread location. The outdoor speaker at the drive-thru was apparently broken since I was told through the speaker that I couldn't order and had to go to the window to order which made it frustrating just to place an order. It already felt disorganized from the start. Unfortunately, it got worse from there. I ended up going inside and ordered a half gallon of the passion papaya green tea. (Which at almost $8 for the half gallon I expected top notch!) The employee preparing it kept the same gloves on from using the order kiosk and continued to filling the container at the self-serve drink station in front of customers. Then she took the container to the back and wiped it down with a rag that had been sitting on the counter. Seriously!? On top of that, the inside of the kitchen area looked messy and unclean, with trash and debris on the floor. It didn’t give me confidence in the cleanliness or food handling practices at this location. Because of this experience, I wouldn’t order or eat food from this location. Between the broken drive-thru system, the way my order was handled, and the condition of the kitchen, this place really needs better maintenance and hygiene standards. I expected much better.

It was 1150am when ordered. A text message alerted me when it was ready. The soups and sandwich were awesome!! Will be going back a lot!!
