  They are failing to make a vanilla coffee i myself work at a McDonalds and know how things should be done there is no reason i had to get 3 coffees and them all be wrong ..

  Just left there as always rude window number one when taking my money and code never give you a receipt just in case your order is wrong, the bilingual manager has no patience and is rude tried to give her feedback about my service she dint even listening telling her there are never napkins in the bag and sometimes your whole order is the other cars! Mind you my kids go to the daycare behind the business so I’m there all the time spending my Money not anymore! She’s rude

  The staff was rude and unprofessional. I felt ignored while waiting for my order, and the person responsible did not treat customers with respect.

  I ordered just a hot chocolate so on this particular experience it was watered down and had no whipped cream or chocolate syrup on it I basically paid $4 for hot water I did get a refund but with a attitude I honestly was a little embarrassed to ask for a refund but I think it comes down to the principle of me not paying $4 for hot water and there was no customer service
