When I inquired, they rudely responded that it hasn't worked for two years .. thats unacceptable considering how expensive it is to eat here. On top of that, they have kiosks to order your own food...I'm sure someone could free up time to turn it on or get it fixed. I wouldn't push the issue of the fireplace if this establishment would turn on the heat during the winter months. Its freezing in here as if they don't want customers to dine in. I just don't understand...

I go by this location every day and was looking forward to being able to get my breakfast there. I'm not sure I will give them another chance. Especially since there is a place right across the street where I can get my SHchoffee and SHmuffin.
