- KDKL Dean5 days ago5.0Five-star rating from me because the young man working this morning about 9:00 a.m. in the Drive-Thru was fabulous, Not only was he polite but he had a clean and orderly appearance and smiled! When you're going through the drive-thru that person represents what's happening Behind the Walls and this young man had it all together this morning. I don't know him and I don't often go to this McDonald's so for me this was a very good visit. When I say goodbye to him I did mean what I said to him. I was glad that he was working today. More people need to do this for our young folks and as you can see by my comments on other reviews I'm pretty critical but I very much appreciate when our youth is this pleasurable as this young man was. I wish my local McDonald's would pay attention to this

We proceeded to sit in the drive through for 15-20 minutes and then got told it’s not their problem that we are waiting so long on food. Terrible service for night shift

I ordered multiple meals and politely asked for two small cups for water. The employee refused and was rude. No respect for customers. I won’t be coming back.
