She said “no it’s 3.59 hon”. When I got my bag, I drove off, but I smelt something burnt. I opened my bagel and it looked burnt around the edges. It looked nothing like an everything bagel. I was mad. I’m pregnant and hungry and was in a hurry to get to work after my prenatal appointment so this put me in a bad mood. The girl was unprofessional, lacked respect, and my bagel was poorly made. I would avoid this location at all costs. They don’t care about quality nor service. The girls behind the counter looked like they’d rather be home scrolling on their phones because the one girls took her phone out. She had a frown on her face. It’s really sad that people hate their jobs because it shows to the customers.

This is my stop on my way to work and when I get to work and take a sip of coffee with no sweetener, it just makes me sad 😔 The employees are nice to me but I feel bad to keep asking to remake it on my way home from work. Edit: I’ve been there yesterday and today and my sips have me smiling at work. Thank you guys for taking the time to make my drinks and my day.
