This is a pretty new place and I’ve been passing by it every day on my way to work on Trindle Road. My husband and I were deciding what to grab for dinner tonight and I said I spotted this place and it looks interesting. I never had Nepalese food before, even though we have many neighbors and we’ve tried other cuisines. It’s a nice casual place, but very clean, cozy and organized. We were seated right away, even though it was moderately busy for a night. The aromas were really tempting, and we were excited to try a different things on the menu Since it featured Indian, Indo Chinese and Nepal dishes! We settled on the Manchurian cauliflower, The jhol momos, chicken tika massala and shrimp fried rice. Every single thing was amazing and would be something I would order again. The Nan also just melted in your mouth! The presentation of the dishes were beautiful as you can see in the pictures. They listen to what type of spice level we liked and they even checked on us multiple times to see how we were enjoying our meal. The service was very attentive, And the meals are made to order, But we did not have to wait long for them to come . Lots of parking and pretty convenient location. We will definitely come back here again!

We enjoyed a fantastic dinner here with friends last night! First off, the staff are so kind and accommodating - the food was amazing and our table shared many dishes so we could get a good variety. Our very favorite was the butter chicken and of course the naan bread! I also enjoyed a cup of hot masala chai! Give this restaurant a try, you won’t be disappointed, there is something for every palate!

Our experience was unique. But the food was worth the wait and we plan to attempt this journey again. We arrived a few minutes after opening, and so did about 10 other couples (some parties of 4). To say it took a long time for our food was an understatement, however it was understandable the place was packed within 5 minutes of opening. Appetisers slowly trickled out to each of the tables and so did the food. We seamed to be the last table that received our food and the gentleman working there has said everything is made fresh and what we chose takes some time. With that being said, we are planning to go again. The food was amazing if you ask for mild there's really no at all. A child would be able to enjoy the food and the flavors. Even if your unsure about Indian food, GO. You'll enjoy it.

If you don’t mind asking to place an order, asking where your order is, and asking for plates to be cleared and asking for your check, then you will be very happy. If you fell for the Instagram review you will be disappointed. The tandori wing appetizers tasted like the wings were reheated. Our other main dishes were very tasty although they were not all served together and they were extremely spicy. The garlic naan was definitely the star of the meal. Overall it took us over 2.5 hours on a weeknight despite our repeated requests for service. I think overall the food is good but I don’t have the patience to return. There were numerous people sitting there like us and extended periods where no staff was in the dinning room checking. I think they need to be more aware of service standards because if you can’t meet expectations it doesn’t matter how good your food is.

UPDATE (Rating lowered from 3★ to 2★): I returned for a second visit and ordered carryout, primarily because I enjoyed the Chicken 65 so much during my first visit. Unfortunately, this experience was a sharp contrast. After a very short drive home, the Chicken 65 was already lukewarm, and every piece of chicken was tough and dry. The texture was unpleasant enough that I ate only about half the portion. It tasted as though the chicken may have been overcooked, possibly skewered, and left to dry out. What made this more disappointing was that I had stopped at Taipei Chinese Kitchen first (about four driving miles away), yet that food was still piping hot when I got home, while the Chicken 65 was barely warm. Given the inconsistency between visits and the poor quality of what should be a reliable item, I’ve lowered my rating accordingly and will not be back. I wish this business the best success, however, it may be time for who, I suspect is the owner, to hire a qualified manager to run the place. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Stopped on a Wednesday for lunch, the first customer through the just unlocked doors. Two parties of two came in after me, yet I was the last to have a drink or order taken. I was also second to last to receive my Chicken 65 appetizer, which was very nicely seasoned, actually the way I prefer it. That helped me recover a bit from the lackluster service. Then came the chicken tikka masala. For a $20 dish, it was disappointing. About ten small bites of firm chicken (laid out on a clean plate so that you can see, not a single vegetable chunk in sight) not tandoori tender, in a sauce that was, on its own, meh. I neither finished the tikka masala nor took it home. They seem friendly enough, however you are running a business. I was first through the just unlocked door and first to leave, but only because I did not enjoy my meal or the lack of attention. I really wanted to love this place, as it has certainly gotten some serious hype, but compared to Nalan or Kahaani, heck even Banana Leaf, I do not see the appeal.
