Im so over it. Its the same service at every chiptole. The food is always inedible and customer service and managers never provide a solution.

Also asked for and paid for extra toppings and didn’t receive them waste of money and waste of time. The food looked like a bowl of soup. It was just soggy and liquidy.
- AGAunisty GettelDec 13, 20252.0I do not recommend this chipotle, me and my daughter had stopped here for some food, they are not clean, they don't wipe their counters down even over by the utensils and soda machine was dirty, I definitely feel they could do better with cleanliness, my daughter right after getting her food decided she didn't want her food so I went to get refunded, the manager informed me that they don't normally do refunds but said she would this one time, just an fyi if a customer doesn't like the service or food than the customer should receive either a new item or a complete refund it's called good customer service, we will absolutely never revisit this particular Chipotle.
