I went to Arby's on my lunch break for something quick. I ordered without any issues. When I pull up to the window to pay, the employee said my sandwich would be over $28.00. I told her I only ordered a number one and it shouldn't cost that much. She apologized and still grabbed my card and said it was the wrong order. She hands me the food and drinks and I drive away. When I parked to eat, I open the food from it's wrapper on my lap. I tried to grab a sip of my drink but the lid wasn't placed on my cup all the way. It popped open spilling sweet tea all over my clothes, the inside of car's center console, my seat, and floor, and all over my food. Now I have to go back to work with wet clothes, a sticky car, and no food. I understand they are in a rush but can they please take the time to make sure they are doing things correctly?
