- WWWendy Witt4 days ago1.0Horrible customer service experience after years of buying Carmel macchiatos at numerous Dunkin Donuts. Today, in drive through I had to say Carmel 3x. I ordered a hot Carmel macchiato with whipped cream. I was handed a warm coffee with no whipped cream and no taste of Carmel whatsoever. I pulled over and checked and it looked like there was a teeny dribble of maybe Carmel on top of the coffee and no sign of whipped cream only some froth. I went back through the drive through and told them that something was wrong with it and that it was missing the whipped cream and I tasted NO Carmel. It also left a horrible after taste. The girl who I think was the manager began arguing with me. So then I said just give me my money back and handed her my debit card to put the money back on. Instead she is trying to figure out how much she owes me. I tell her that I paid $5.50 and she hands me cash of $5.20 with my card.

I call ahead to confirm items are in stock, get told yes, then arrive five minutes later and am told they don’t have it. It’s frustrating and a complete waste of time. If inventory isn’t accurate, please don’t confirm availability over the phone. At this point, I’m considering going to another location because reliability matters.
